Dramatic Waterfall Entrance at the Luxurious Jade Residences in Miami, Florida

The Jade Residences, a 48-story luxury condominium, was developed as the pinnacle of exclusive living in Miami. In creating that vision, the development firm, Fortune International, enlisted the talent of renowned residential interior designer Tessi Garcia to design interiors of the 326-unit building.

Tessi’s plan called for an eye-catching large scale, 25′ tall Harmonic Environments Waterplace® in the main lobby to enhance and complement the space. The completed project features custom lighting optics and a state-of-the-art sound system to create a feeling of elegance and relaxation. Integrated into the waterfall, the Harmonic Environments exclusive ZonePure® system purifies and sanitizes the flowing water as it reduces maintenance.
Tessi’s successful design earned her another award. Meanwhile, her dazzling waterfall continues to wow guests while accentuating her beautifully designed lobby.
